Which probiotic for Rosacea...?

Choosing a Probiotic can be a minefield at the best of times, but is especially tricky for Rosaceans who generally have sensitive skin and stomachs.

So with so many products on the market, how do you choose one?

With all probiotics there is a degree of trial and error, however, if you have Rosacea then my experience is that there are some types that you would do well to avoid. Specifically probiotics that contain Histamine-producing bacterias such as:

* Lactobacillus casei * Lactobacillus reuteri * Lactobacillus bulgaricus

This is because excess histamine in the body can predispose you to flushing and redness - DEFINITELY something to avoid!

Any questions…? Leave them in the comments.
