work with me & let's figure this out...

I want the absolute best for all my clients and I use four key principles to guide me on that quest:

* Identify the root cause, NOT just numbing symptoms

* Personalised solutions, NOT one-size-fits-all

* Natural interventions based on the latest science, NO drugs

* Aiming at optimal wellness, NOT just absence of disease

You can choose to work with me on my popular group programmes or one-to-one. If you'd like more information on my group programmes, visit the My Services page.

Working one-to-one involves a 6-step process to get to the root cause and design a personalised programme to help you feel great again. The 6-step process is:

1. Free call

I recommend all clients start here so that we can meet and you can decide if this is for you. CLICK HERE

2. Health questionnaire

Here you'll complete a detailed questionnaire regarding your health history and current lifestyle.

3. Consultation

After I receive your questionnaire, we'll meet for 60-90 minutes (usually over video call, however in-person appointments are available).

4. Testing

Following the consultation, it is likely that I will recommend biochemical or genetic testing. These tests are optional, but highly recommended as they save both time and money in the long run - not to mention getting you feeling better faster. Almost all the tests I recommend can be done at home. For more information about testing visit the FAQ PAGE.

5. Programme

You will receive a PDF with your personalised nutrition and lifestyle programme, outlining the changes as well as how and when to implement them, what to expect and example recipes. Your programme will very likely include supplement recommendations as well. After the programme is delivered, we have a call to ensure that everything is clear and to answer any questions you have.

6. Review

After 6-10 weeks it is time to review progress and revise the programme if necessary.

So, if you're ready, let's get cracking...
